Through the Sandermoen School of Business at the University of Fredericton, a focus was placed on Innovation Leadership, specifically, the competencies required in the workplace of the future and the role of trust through the 4th Industrial revolution.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and the CEO, accountable for the 5-year strategic planning of the global employee experience. Transformed the business from a $900M employing a thousand employees to over a $1.8B business employing over 2200 team members. I was so proud to help develop the Talent, Diversity, Philanthropic and HR functions.

Reporting to the Managing Director and CHRO, accountable to provide strategic direction and counsel on a broad range of people matters for over 5000 knowledge based and marketing professionals. Managed a team of 4 direct reports.

Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, accountable for change and employee engagement across store and field operations for 2500 employees across 22 business units generating over $295M Annual Revenue.

MCDONALD'S RESTAURANTS OF CANADA

1994-2003/2008-2009

Reporting to the CHRO, accountable for staffing initiatives for a headcount of over 77,000 and 1,400 business units. This included the development of the Worksforme.ca / CaCestPourMoi.Ca employment branding campaign.
